Free Normal Postage
All our items comes with $1 normal postage.
However, we would like to inform you that there is a risk that your order might get lost in the mail.

To prevent this from happening you may want to choose to have your orders delivered by registered postage by topping up S$2 for each item. This will ensure that your orders will be delivered to you safely.

We would be pleasured if you leave us a comment in our main page to share with others the shopping experience you had with us. This will not only allow people to see how shopping with The Pink Chandelier is like, it will also motivate us to work harder to provide faster service & nicer clothes .

Pre-order
Pre-order service will be up at certain time only. Payment for pre-order had to be made before the closing date or order will not be made.

For pre-order items, we will collect a desposit of 70% the price when you place your order with us. When the item arrived, we will collect the other 30%. We will mail your order AFTER full payment is recieved. Items will arrive around 3 weeks after pre-order closes.

- If we cannot get your pre-ordered items, we will refund the 70% amount you had paid.

- If you decide to cancel your order (after we had confirmed your pre-ordered item), the 70% amount that you had paid will be confiscated.

Please note that some items are exclusively for pre-order only and will not be taken in for ready stock at all.
